Due to the nature of our services, it is impossible for us to provide a contracted SLA to resellers. Our policy is that we will always attempt to deal with support issues as fast as possible.
If you have an emergency, such as a critical restore, please call us immediately. If however your support query is not regarding an emergency restore, we kindly ask if you could please contact us by email as we can respond more effectively via email than telephone. Please see example response times below.
